Reservation procedure

In case of hotels, Package tours,Transportations, Cruise, Charter Flights etc. We will charge an advance at the time of bookings.
once the booking is confirm we will charge the balance amount and send you the booking confirmations.
For Special Flights tickets or in some special case we will charge full in advance. Sending Printing ticket by Speed post will be additional 100 $ Per ticket, for E-Ticket no extra charges.
For flights in case of Waiting List. We will keep applying to the airline and as soon the seats available we will then soon confirm it for our Customers.
For hotels in case of full booked, we will advise an alternate. for more details please Click here>>>>>

Payment

The payment will be deposited In advance of 30 Days before Departure / Check Inn. Within 30 Days of departures the full amount will be charged on any kind of bookings.

Give away of Confirmation Slip / Hotel Coupon etc.

After the final booking we will send the Confirmation Slip/ Hotel Coupon Etc. with departure details before one week from the date of departure through E- Mail, or by Fax.
Delivery to your home address will be charged additional according postal charges. Customer must inform us in advance of minimum 30 Days about it.
Please note that we will not take any responsibility if the delivery could's reaches on time.

Advance deposit for Reservation

Amount up to $1000 then advance deposit will be $200

Amount up to $2000 then advance deposit will be $400

Amount up to $3000 then advance deposit will be $600

Amount up to $4000 then advance deposit will be $800

Amount up to $5000 then advance deposit will be $1000

Amount more then $5000 then advance deposit will be 20% of the total amount.

(If you have a valid Credit Card then you can give us the Card details as a guarantee.No need to deposit any advance payment)

We accept VISA and MASTER. we will charge 5 % extra in case of credit card payment.
